Steve Marler is the founder and CEO of Advanced Longevity and the founder of Advanced Body Scan — two private healthcare brands focused on early detection, preventive imaging, and long-term health optimization. His career is rooted in healthcare operations and diagnostic access, including earlier leadership in operations and administration at Accident Care and Treatment Center, before launching businesses that bring direct-pay screening and longevity services to consumers across Oklahoma and Texas.
At Advanced Body Scan, founded in 2010, Steve built a preventive imaging platform that now operates in Oklahoma City, Plano, and Houston and has performed more than 100,000 scans — fast, noninvasive CT and MRI screenings that detect heart disease, cancer, and other silent threats before symptoms appear, with no referral required and results kept out of the insurance system.
With Advanced Longevity, he expanded that foundation into a broader healthspan platform built on the fusion of science, genomics, and biology — combining advanced imaging, comprehensive blood testing, DNA and metabolic analysis, and cardiovascular services into a single, integrated picture of health.
